PALS Accounting

Internal bookkeeping software. One organisation, one set of books.

What this is

PALS Accounting is software built and operated by PALS Praise & Leadership Schools for its own bookkeeping. It connects to the single QuickBooks Online company that PALS owns, and prepares routine accounting work — categorising bank transactions, drafting journal entries, assembling month-end reports — so that a person can review and approve it.

It does not move money. Every posting, payment and filing is prepared for review and approved by a person at PALS before anything is recorded.

Who uses it

PALS staff only. There is no public sign-up, no account to create, and no other organisation uses it. It is not sold, licensed or distributed.

Connecting and disconnecting

  1. Connect. An authorised PALS administrator links the application to PALS's QuickBooks Online company from inside QuickBooks, using Intuit's standard authorisation flow.
  2. Disconnect. Access can be revoked at any time from within QuickBooks Online, under Apps → My Apps → Disconnect. Revoking access invalidates the application's tokens immediately and it can read nothing further.
